Remembering our friend Grant (Redworm)

Hello CKUW listeners,

In case you haven't heard, we are sharing some sad news in our community this week. Grant Davis, who performed under the DJ name Redworm, passed away unexpectedly last week. Friends of our radio show might be familiar with Grant as he was one of the hosts of the show that follows ours, Quadrafunk, on Friday nights, and he was also a supported of our show and of CKUW.

Grant was a thoughtful, intelligent, and kind person, with a fun and quirky taste in music. Grant's contributions to our radio community will be remembered. We will miss you, Grant.

Rest in Peace, Redworm

Instead of flowers, donations can be made to Artbeat Studio Inc., 4- 62 Albert St., Winnipeg, MB R3B 1E9, 204-943-5194, There will be a celebration of Grant's life on Monday, December 2, 2019, 5:30 at Park Theatre.
